Path to Tequity Grants
One of the strongest drivers and shapers of our modern world is technology. Tequity embraces this notion and embodies the striving towards gaining an equity share in technology as a means to uplift and promote intergenerational wealth and self-determination. A path to tequity is the intentional steps an individual or organization take to increase their equity share in technologies, as a means to increase their influence and self-determination. The path to tequity grants facilitate the walk such organizations and individuals may have as they strive to gain that equity share in tech.
The grant for August 2022 is centered around the Black Men in Leadership Summit held in Detroit Michigan- Aug 18, 2022. The overall grant pool is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The number and size of individual awards will be determined based on the quality and quantity of submissions but will be no smaller than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have attended The Black Men in Leadership Summit 2022
Must be African American male
